We used Fair Built Carpentry at our apartment block in Edgecliff and are extremely happy with the quality of their work, their reliability, their professional friendly manner and clean-up.  The small dilapidated pathway roof between two buildings needed a better design that not only provided cover, but good water drainage.  The design they came up with was better than we could have imagined, allowing more light and airflow between the buildings and it looks nice. Mick acknowledged my emergency call to replace a rotted timber load bearing post which had started to move. He was out that afternoon jacking up the porch awnings for safety and returned the next morning to complete the installation. A brilliant professional job done. I did my renovations with Fair Built Carpentry mid 2021 and I couldn't be happy with their honesty and work ethic. I was given a time from of 5 weeks which included kitchen renovations, replacing my decking and renewing my bathroom appliances, they were efficient and delivered
results with the given timeframe. Since the renovations. I've suggested getting renovations done with FBC to everyone I know. Their professionalism and delicacy with the job really shows throughout their work. I highly recommend getting in contact with FBC and getting a quote, you will not regret it!
